Someone Threw A Drink At Tomi Lahren In A Restaurant, And I Can’t Really Blame Them

Pundits such as Tomi Lahren and Milo Yiannopoulos are often all too eager to spout off controversial and offensive opinions — however, when the public decides to hold them accountable for their incendiary words, the commentators always cry foul and declare any retribution to be going “too far.”

Take, for example, Tomi Lahren’s shock and fury when someone threw a glass of water at her over the weekend.

The Fox News pundit and her mother were apparently brunching at Union Restaurant in Minneapolis on Saturday when one of the restaurant patrons launched a glass of water at Lahren.

Devan Madison, one of the restaurant patrons who witnessed the incident, told The Blast that when the water hit Lahren, “literally the entire restaurant started cheering.”

According to The Blast, Lahren’s mother, Trudy Lahren, confronted the perpetrator:

We spoke with the bouncer in the video, Jeremy Jackson (not that one), who said that Tomi claimed she saw the brunch group “scowling at her” on her way out of the eatery and said, “Just another day in the life” as she walked by them. That’s apparently when the drink was sent flying …

We’re told Lahren’s mother stepped in, confronted the group and attempted to grab the empty glass from the perpetrator’s hand, but the girl avoided her advances and repeatedly screamed “F**k Tomi!” at Trudy.

When the bouncer tried to break up the conflict, he managed to invoke Tomi’s ire.

“I said [to Tomi] ‘I’d like to separate you all if can please –’ and she responded, ‘You’re just going to kick me out for them throwing water? Unbelievable,’” Jackson told The Blast.

Patrons continued to shout expletives at Tomi until she and her mother left.

Though the woman who threw the water was also escorted out, I think we can all agree that she definitely deserves a round of applause.
