Michelle Obama Just Shared The Cover Of Her New Memoir — And It’s Perfection

I think we can all agree that the Obamas have pretty much been killin’ it since leaving the White House. From FOMO-worthy vacation photos, to various speaking engagements, to an impressive Netflix deal, the former president and first lady (*sob*) are still proving to be sources of inspiration in the private sector.

And now, Michelle Obama is releasing her memoir, called BECOMING — which has a pretty stellar cover.

Obama shared a photo of the book to Twitter on Thursday, telling followers, “As I prepare to share BECOMING this fall, I hope you’ll also think about your own story, and trust that it will help you become whoever you aspire to be. Your story is what you have, what you will always have. It is something to own.”

“Writing BECOMING has been a deeply personal experience. I talk about my roots and how a girl from the South Side found her voice,” Obama told Twitter back in February. “I hope my journey inspires readers to find the courage to become whoever they aspire to be. I can’t wait to share my story.”

Obviously, people are seriously revved up about this announcement (and this photo).

Although it is yet another unpleasant reminder of how much we MISS THE OBAMAS.
