Every time there’s a big event on television that I know the entire world will be watching, I get giddy like a little kid on Christmas morning. Why? Because I know for a fact there will be some screw-ups, and, thanks to Twitter and social media, everyone will be talking about it. The Super Bowl is my favorite night of the year when it comes to “live tweeting,” judging, and food. Let’s face it–who doesn’t want endless wings and chili while watching the entire Internet roast everything they know and love? This year, the Super Bowl was a good game within itself and finished pretty close–but, the best part of the entire show had to be these cringe-worthy moments.
1. Everyone’s screens went black for 29 seconds and we all thought we broke our TV’s.
NBC black screen of Super Bowl ad slot was for 29 seconds. Happened in many markets where local spot was supposed to be inserted. Here’s what it looked like (H/T @ApexMGAnalytics) pic.twitter.com/ItDQzZ5sbt
