We all know (and love) Amy Schumer — but some of us might not be so familiar with her partner, Chris Fischer.
Fischer is the renowned chef behind the James Beard Award-winning Beetlebung Farm Cookbook, and owner of Beach Plum, one of Barack and Michelle Obama’s favorite restaurants.
The two only recently confirmed their relationship when Schumer posted a photo of her kissing Fischer at Ellen Degeneres’ birthday party.
It is unclear how long the two have been together, but, according to PEOPLE, they’ve been seeing one another since at least November of 2017:
Relationship rumors began swirling around Schumer and the chef and cookbook author after they were photographed together in November of last year, chatting over a dinner in New York City. Schumer’s rep declined to comment on whether their relationship was romantic at the time.
Schumer broke up with ex-boyfriend Ben Hanisch in May of last year after dating for a year and a half.
