Apple AirPods are a wireless, rechargeable replacement for your standard earbuds — and, apparently, they’re utterly baffling to former New York City mayor and unapologetic Trump mouthpiece Rudy Giuliani.
GOP strategist Rick Wilson recently encountered Giuliani at the LaGuardia Airport in Queens, and the two posed for a photo together.

However, it didn’t take long for people to notice that Giuliani was obviously confounded by his AirPods.
Does Giuliani actually have his AirPods pointing UP?!

Yep. Giuliani was wearing his AirPods upside down and in the wrong ears.

To be fair, when the concept for Apple’s AirPods was reported on by Recode in 2016, the headline very clearly stated that the earbuds were “so easy to wear you’ll forget you have them on.” Also, I have to admit that I’m almost impressed — this looks like an extremely uncomfortable (and unnecessary) way to listen to your podcasts.
Obviously, the internet couldn’t let such a prime opportunity to mock Rudy Giuliani, so Twitter did what it does best: it put him on blast.

Oh, and did I mention that Giuliani is also Donald Trump’s cybersecurity advisor? In case you needed a dash of irony added to this cringe-worthy stew.
Our president’s top cyber security advisor, ladies and gentleman!

I certainly feel safe, knowing that our nation’s cybersecurity is in such capable hands, don’t you?
