With the holidays just around the corner, people are beginning to decorate their houses – both inside and out. ‘Tis the season to drive around the neighborhood and bask in the glory of super-rich people who have no anxieties about their electric bill. But, before we start putting up our Christmas trees and stringing popcorn and lights, we’re getting ready to stuff ourselves silly with turkey, gravy and all the beautiful sides our bodies can handle. With Thanksgiving dinner comes tons of fall-themed decorations, too. Sometimes when people “host the holiday” at their house, they want to impress, so they’ll look online for some inspiration – especially from celebrities. Recently, Ivanka Trump shared her tips and tricks for decorating a table for Thanksgiving on Twitter.

But, people weren’t really feeling the decor or the vibe. It’s not surprising that Twitter users had a few nasty comments about the photos – they’re not usually her biggest fans. While some people support Ivanka and her father, others genuinely hate everything they do.

Ah yes, who could forget that timeless motif of "something a goblin barfed up after eating the entire Pumpkin Village in a fairytale illustrating the hazards of gluttony"

As an alternative, consider the lovely simplicity of this stainless steel tray with matching flatware. Not only will it provide a timeless symmetry to your table, it will also be such a kind gesture to help prepare your family for holidays in a more institutionalized setting. pic.twitter.com/9FWpm2bU3e
