Anna Kendrick is one of our most talented actresses. Having worked on the stage since childhood, Kendrick can easily handle and execute all types of material. She received her first Academy Award nomination for the romantic drama Up in the Air, for instance, but she’s probably best known for those silly Pitch Perfect movies, or maybe for her role as Cinderella in the movie adaptation of the musical Into the Woods.
But far more importantly: Kendrick’s Twitter game is always top notch. This is probably the reason she’s considered by many to be “the internet’s girlfriend” (or at least best friend). She’s just funny.
I like to think of myself less like "an adult" and more like a "former fetus."

Anna Kendrick is so well and widely liked that she’s seemingly eradicated the mere existence of any other Anna in the public consciousness. Case in point: When Yahoo News reported that pop star Enrique Iglesias and his wife, former tennis star Anna Kournikova, posted the first photos of their brand new twin babies, the service accompanied the story with a glamour shot of…the Anna named Kendrick, not the Anna named Kournikova.
The response from the actual Anna Kendrick (who describes herself as “pale, awkward and very very small”) was hilarious and perfect.
Dear Yahoo: how do I get to this timeline where I've slept with Enrique Iqlesias please and thank you. pic.twitter.com/4mmA2i7dse

I realize the confusion probably came from the two Anna K names, but she's a tall blonde athlete and I'm – oh, oh – do they think I'm the baby?

Twitter was, of course, delighted.
