Dogs are better than people, and anyone who thinks otherwise isn’t paying attention. Dogs don’t bomb each other. Dogs don’t give each other the finger in traffic. Dogs don’t follow the Kardashians. I mean, they do eat their own poop and try to hump your leg but most of us went to college and have done the same or worse.
We don’t deserve dogs, but we have them and we should appreciate the heck out of them. Take pictures of them. Give them treats. Let them sleep in the bed. And for God’s sake, if you leave them in the car, make sure you also leave the window cracked enough so I can get my hand in there to pet them.
