10. Her parents are in a legal battle involving custody of Danielle.
Danielle’s father was never a large part of her life apparently her mother and father were never married. When she was a baby, her father left her mother Barbara Ann, but what came after was a legal battle over visitation and child support that would rage on for years. Ira does pay his monthly child support to Barbara Ann and attempts to stay in touch with Danielle, mostly by telephone even though Danielle doesn’t seem to have any interest in him being a part of her life.
11. Police had been called to her home 51 times last year.
It’s not surprising at all to find out Danielle’s had her fair share of run-ins with the law. It is, in fact, surprising that the police had to be called to her home 51 times last year. The calls are from a plethora of different reasons such as domestic disturbances to a stolen vehicle and even multiple calls because Danielle ran away. Let’s hope she doesn’t break her previous record this year.
12. Danielle is dealing with legal issues involving Hanes.
Danielle is trying to capitalize on the massive amount of fame she has amassed and decided to create a clothing line to which Hanes was not very happy with. She used the ‘Champion’ logo’s text to base her coined phrase “Cashmeousside” onto sweaters and tees, to which she promptly received a letter from Hanes claiming she had infringed upon their copyright, which is not good news for Danielle or her clothing brand.
